Diane Smith Boutin has built a very successful real estate business in Fort Myers for over 20 years, partnering with her husband, the late Urban Boutin.  The National Realtor Magazine, in an article about her, pointed out her exceptional quality for achieving success by building a strong team. She and her team have received the award recognizing inspirational achievement for consistency, expertise, and perseverance for 15 consecutive years.

An accredited Fine Home Specialist, Diane takes a concierge approach with her clients whether it is finding the right buyer or the right seller. She understands the importance of presenting a home to showcase its appeal, as well as explaining why something that might be overlooked is exceptional.  She knows the Fort Myers area market, especially Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club where she has lived for many years, as well as upscale waterfront and golf course communities. She is very attuned to what is happening in the real estate market in southwest Florida and provides focused insights to help her clients.

Diane was successful from the beginning being a top producer her first year in business and has been consistently successful over the years. Originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts, she grew up in Indiana. She applies her midwestern values in her real estate work.  Diane feels one of the biggest rewards is having numerous clients as best friends over the years.
